Benidorm will return in 2009! and thanks to eurodipity you know it

Benidorm eurodipity Benidorm( is a British television comedy that is produced by Tiger Aspect for ITV and written by Derren Litten, co-writer of The Catherine Tate Show, exploiting the working-class stereotype of this popular tourist destination. It first aired on Thursday February 1, 2007 at 10pm. A second series of Benidorm was announced on March 1, 2007 and aired Friday 28 March 2008 at 9:00pm - 9:30pm, featuring 8 episodes in comparison with the first series that only featured 6. Series 1 of Benidorm was nominated for a BAFTA in the Best Sitcom category of the 2008 awards which took place at the London Palladium on April 20, 2008.

After a BAFTA nomination , ITV announce that the holiday-makers will be returning in 2009 with a one hour special and eight new episodes.

A third series of eight episodes will follow, which finds the cast members reunited one year later.
